Almond Butter Mug Cake

Almond butter mug cake is a quick and easy single-serving dessert made right in the microwave. Perfect for when you want a warm, fudgy cake without turning on the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • Add-ins like chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together almond butter, egg, sweetener, and baking powder in a microwave-safe mug until smooth.
  • Stir in cocoa powder and any add-ins if using.
  • Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then check consistency. Microwave 10 more seconds if still very liquid on top.
  • Allow to cool slightly before eating.
  • Enjoy cake warm, topped with whipped cream or nut butter if desired.
