Triple Cream Cheese

Triple cream cheese is an ultra-creamy style of cheese made with three times the amount of cream compared to most cheeses. The extra cream gives it a rich, decadent, silky-smooth texture with about 75% milkfat content. Triple cream brie and Brillat-Savarin are two common varieties that have a bloomy rind and a soft, almost butter-like ivory interior when ripe. The flavor is milky, sweet, tangy and luscious.
