Almond Butter Ice Cream
Creamy dairy-free ice cream with rich almond flavor.
- 2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almond butter (creamy)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (for flavoring)
- Pinch of salt
Blend milk and almond butter together until smooth.
Add honey, vanilla, and salt. Blend again until fully incorporated.
Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for 1-2 hours until semi-firm.
Blend again before returning to the freezer until solid.
Scoop and enjoy!
- Use very ripe bananas for extra creaminess
- Adjust sweetener to taste
- Store airtight in the freezer
- Sit at room temperature briefly before serving if too firm
