Almond Butter Ice Cream

Creamy dairy-free ice cream with rich almond flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (creamy)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for flavoring)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend milk and almond butter together until smooth.
  • Add honey, vanilla, and salt. Blend again until fully incorporated.
  • Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours until semi-firm.
  • Blend again before returning to the freezer until solid.
  • Scoop and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for extra creaminess
  • Adjust sweetener to taste
  • Store airtight in the freezer
  • Sit at room temperature briefly before serving if too firm
