Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Prepare the pan to bake the bread.
In a bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth. Ripened bananas provide moisture, sweetness and banana flavor.
Mix together the mashed bananas, almond butter, honey, eggs, milk and vanilla.This combines the wet ingredients.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.The dry ingredients need to be well blended.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir just until combined.Be careful not to overmix the batter.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes.Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Allow bread to cool completely before slicing.Letting it cool makes it easier to slice neatly.
