Almond Butter Bars
A no-bake treat made with almond butter, oats, dates, and chocolate. Easy to make and perfect for snacking.
- Almond butter - use creamy, unsweetened
- Oats - old fashioned work best
- Dates - soak before using to soften
- Vanilla - for extra flavor
- Dark chocolate - for sweet topping
- Flaky sea salt - gives a nice crunch
Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain.
Make base - Mix oats, almond butter, vanilla, and salt.
Press base into a parchment-lined pan.
Make filling - Blend soaked dates into a paste.
Layer filling over base.
Melt chocolate and spread on top.
Sprinkle with salt.
Chill completely before slicing.
